The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings:• Occupancy is limited to 14, that's two per bedroom and two on the sofa bed.
• Pets are not permitted within the vacation home and the community.
• Smoking is not permitted within the vacation home.
• Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00pm.
• Check-out time is no later than 11:00am.
